was EXTREMELY disappointed when my mom and i drove from bonner to get ice cream and arrived at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before... closing, and the whole left side of the ice cream choices had already been put away, because they started closing early which mymanager NEVER lets us do in case someone still wants the stuff THEY like. and all the good flavors were put away and the flavormy mom and i have been getting for as long as i can remember now was put away. safe to say, won?t be attending baskin robbinsanymore and i guess we will stick to cold stone or dairy queen they don?t let us down. Today though, I received the ultimate in customer service, as the owner herself went out of her way to reunite a lost sundaewith its very hungry owner.
