I went in to get my bogo deal from T-Mobile Tuesdays... On a Tuesday, and after using the restroom I came out to see they closed... 45 minutes early and I had already clicked redeem. So now I can't get my bogo deal or any pretzel at all. I was so excited toget a free pretzel that my day has been ruined. Let's not forget the last few times I was here someone handled my pretzel withtheir bare hands, no gloves or anything AFTER touching my money. Nice. I love germspreading and disease, thank you. The pretzel bites were somehow stale and greasy at the same time. The cheese came in a sealed cup, cold. Just gross.
When I got there lady ahead of me placed a large order and kept adding " one more thing" about ten different times ..the lady... was a ninja as was rest of staff as they came to help. I really hope the lady ahead of me tipped...food was good and fresh..I'vebeen here before when it's been slightly burnt but it tasted good still and is understandable once in a blue moon .bread/doughis so temperamental lol Read more
Hadn't had an aunt Annie's in years and was excited to grab a pretzel and cheese when I saw this place. Pretzel was thin,... crunchy, and full of grease. The bad reviews arent a conspiracy, the quality is just that bad. Read more
Took over 5 min at the register just to get two pre-made pretzels salted. Asked for drink to be blended and didn't get it.... Cashier used same gloves to salt our pretzels, make my drink, touch the register/iPad, and wiped them on her pants. Verystrange, gross, plus bad service. They were not busy nor understaffed either. Love both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon, and this location doesn't disappoint- if you are lucky to get something. The 3 times I... have gone staff always say we just had a rush, it is a mall location when isnt it busy? Obviously this store is gettingbusiness so being able to place your order ahead of time, with the app or having a phone number that actually rings to thestore, not the store owner would be appreciated. It has been hit or miss with store staff if they will make what you want, ifyou are willing to wait, but be prepared to be dismissed. Read more
