I never post reviews..but this place was the worst experience I have ever had and it really just prompted me to leave a... review. There was a large sign that said "under new management" so we decided to give it a try. As soon as you walk in theplace it is very out dated and the floors were sticky. We ordered calamari, it was rock hard, over cooked and it tasted like itwas cooked in large batches and reheated. The burger was mushy and the chicken bites were hard bits of overly Breadedchicken. It was difficult to eat at this place and I don't believe it is possible to survive as a business with poor managementwho seems to have no interest in providing an enjoyable dining experience to customers and staff that do not have the ability tocook food. Not sure how this restaurant have so many 5 star ratings... they had warm draft beer, I ordered the Buffalo wrap which when it... was served to me, looked like soup.... and then the finale.. cockroaches!! I saw 6 or 7 cockroaches shoot out from underneaththe metal part that glasses go on to pour pints. I'm sick just thinking of it. Read more

Placed an order online for pickup. Showed up 5 mins after my pickup time and was told 2 mins. 7 mins later, I get my order and... it wasn?t my order (I?m glad I checked). I then showed my email with my order confirmation to which they told me that they neverreceived. I had to wait 15 more minutes for my food and it was trash. It was clearly rushed. The fries were oily andflavourless. The gar par sauce was extremely garlic-y and just extremely rushed looking. The hot wings were definitely mild andI had to ask for ketchup for the fries on a takeout order? I expected the manager (who was serving me) to throw in a pop orSOMETHING for free due to the inconvenience, but nope. Hardly even got an apology. 100% will not be back. Sticking with The WingFactory from now on. Shame on me for trying somewhere new. Read more

I visited this place with my family last night. The place is under new management now. The management and staff is really... friendly and helpful. The food served was delicious and fresh. The service was also very quick. Overall I would recommend thisplace, the change in management has shown a wide change in this location. Really loved it and my family enjoyed the food,ambiance and little games available there. It was a fun family night out. Read more

The best i Pistachios ice cream,fresh knafeh, Baklawa,and Cake

First off the wings I ordered were overly salty. Most of the order had to be thrown out. I've been going to wild wings for... years and this was disappointing quality. Secondly the 2nd LB of wings wasn't what i had ordered. Thirdly, they missed myorder of gar par onion rings that were up-charged and substituted for the fries, of which we didn't even get that either. Sucha disappointment and poor quality. Read more

Service here is terrible. My table had a misunderstanding with our server as they have Monday tall cans posted as their special... on several menus in the store. Our server got confused as we discussed this with her so she called someone who I could onlyassume was her supervisor to our table (although he was dressed in a basic white tee shirt like a customer so wasn?t all toosure). He proceeded to rudely yank the menu from my friends hand and replace it with an updated special menu on our table. Ordered the double double with fries & Gar Par Onion Rings (Which I never got).. The wings had no less sauce than they normally... do at other locations, but the wings were good. The fries were decent as well. I?m missing my Gar Par Onion Rings..
