Service was quick. Order was accurate and food was hot. No complaints.
DO NOT EAT HERE! I went here with a friend and my son, ordered food and had our electric scooters/euc parked close to our table... near no one. Manager or w.e came to us with attitude saying "You can't have those scooters here, it's a tripping hazard" Thereis literally no one in the restaurant near us, it's 11pm at night, we're just trying to charge up to get home. Like why do youhave to be such a Karen for? Your most likely miserable cause you eat Wendy's all day everyday.... AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUWANT TO BE BESTFRIENDS WITH A KAREN!!! Read more
Horrible Customer service! I ordered through the drive-thru and when i received my order I noticed that there was food missing.... Upon noticing this i asked to see my receipt in which the employee handed it to me and then closed the window as I was speakingto her. I knocked on the window, informed her and she took the order back adding the food. As i got home to eat i noticed therewas a slit in both my plum sauces and nuggets missing. Needed a quick fix for some hunger pains! When I punched in to Google. This location came up as closed. I had a hunch something... was wrong with the hours online so I went anyway considering it was only five minutes away. When I arrived, my instincts wereright. I zipped through the drive-through and grabbed my usual chicken strips and fries. I decided to run into the restaurant tolet them know about the hours and the manager said they are trying to fix it. Aside from the confusion, the chicken was crispyon the outside, delicious and tender and juicy on the inside! The fries are always amazing and fresh and the frosty wasdelicious! Disgusting washrooms and this why I?m giving 1 star rating. Public health should be getting involved and check if restaurant is... handling food in a safe manner! You could do better and please improve your service starting with clean washrooms!! Read more
