The old lady is very very rude(not sure if shes the owner or the relative of the owner). I see soo many other negative review... about this lady being rude but I'm surpirsed she still works there. Tried the new Saj platter veggie version the one with falafal and liked it. The quantity was more than enough for one. The fried... tastes good and it fills your tummy. The cost is almost similar to a sub from subway so it is a good option when you are hungry.It comes in a round box and looks nice when served. Read more

This is the worst location ever !!!!! AVOID GOING HERE AT ANY COST !!!! The staff is super disrespectful, they were... discriminating me and laughing at me. They are super slow and rude, All i asked the girl was for some extra onions and shestarted laughing at me when i asked her why are you laughing the other girl who was working started shouting at me , her name isHARBIND . 2 girls were working when i visited this location AUGUST 29,2022 7:00 pm. I am very disappointed with villa madina , ilove this food place but this location has ruined that for me. I ordered a BOGO special through a Skip The Dishes email notification. Two orders for the price of one. As there are three of us... here I also ordered a third single dish. Skip showed up with the BOGO part of the order but was missing the third item. Skipsuggested I contact the restaurant. I called in to the same location and a woman apologized, took my details and said she wouldsend it to my home. An hour later when nothing showed up I called again. The same voice answered but I was disconnected. Icalled again and the same voice answered again but immediately hung up. I called 2 more times and they kept hanging up on me.Now I continue to call and they won?t answer anymore. And I?m letting it ring and ring. At one point they left their phone offthe hook. What kind of establishment operates like this. To tell me a replacement is on the way and then not send it. And thenall these games with the phone calls?? I never like to wish bad things on people but I do feel this woman should loose her job.This whole experience was outrageous. At least Skip The Dishes did credit me the item. Worst service ever! Ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner plate. Asked for more salad instead of rice for dietary reasons. Instead... of agreeing to it, as nearly all middle eastern restaurants substitute rice with salad, the girl serving hesitated. Then thelady (middle aged wearing a hijjab) working behind her rudely jumps in, snatches the container out of the server's hands,disregards my request and starts scooping up potatoes into my container instead of the salad I asked for. Potatoes have highcarbs, as does rice. For a person with diabetes, this completely contradicts the purpose of asking for salad. I tried to explainthis, but she deliberately chose to ignore my request. She left half the rice and filled the other half with potatoes,completely ignoring my request. I don't know how much further I had to beg and plea for my case, but the girl server noticed Iwas unhappy. She asked me if I wanted more salad, so obviously my answer was yes. She added a scoop more. To add vegetableslices which they do at every other villa madina (in fact they ask you which vegetables you like), she added one tiny slice oftomatoe and said, "we normally charge for this but you get it free." How silly!!!! The lady behind gave the dirtiest lookstaring down my container of food. Chances are, too lazy to prepare ingredients for salad once containers run low. FOOD FLAVOURSWERE ALL OFF AND GROSS. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK. LOOK AT ALL THE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE!!!!! Going to be referringthis to head office. Extremely bad customer service would give them zero stars if possible! I asked for a bowl of salad and chicken shawarma on the... side, and they insisted on putting the chicken on top of my salad, then she suggested I took one of the salad combos that had 3types of salads and add a side of chicken, I only wanted taboule and didn't want the 2 extra types of salad, so I said I'd payextra for the side bowl of chicken I don't want them mixed up, the young lady referred to the older one and came back with asmirk telling me she HAD to put the chicken on top of my salad. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to accommodate such asimple customer request yet they found it challanging to do so, with the food barely being "ok" in terms of taste and qualitybeing the only middle eastern place in the food court - they need to work more on their customer service manners if they want tomaintain their business!
