So disappointed, I've been waiting for years for a Tim Horton's near my office just for it to be awful.There are 3 women at this... location that are AWESOME but if they aren't there your order is gonna be messed up guaranteed. Nice little tim inside the Rabba. Staff here seems new but welcoming. Had to wait 20 minutes for our order even though it was... not that busy. 1 star less due to Tim's Chicken - never seems fresh. Read more

This location is always out of food items in the morning and no matter how I change up my order they will always get something... wrong. Some of the staff are great but others in the morning just don't listen, you have to repeat 3x just for them to ring youup and then find out they charged you incorrectly Read more

So happy they opened this place! It's right on my way to work, and so these poor staff see me pretty much twice a day minimum to... get my sugar and coffee fix. It's often busy, especially in the morning, which isn't strange at all. The staff always make myorder very quickly and I appreciate that! It's a small store with a lot of traffic, so just keep in mind that there's only somuch the staff can do to churn out 100% perfect orders for every one of the jillion people that want their coffee and food everyday. I'd recommend just checking that your order is correct before you leave, sometimes if the place is super busy things canget lost in the cracks. I've never had any big issues with my orders, but if you had any special requests fortoppings/preparation then I think it's best to double-check your food before leaving if it's very important to you, and makesure you got all your items. No biggie, and the staff have always been so nice to me if there's an issue with my order. Lovethese guys. I often use the app to mobile order, and if you've done that at other Timmies you'll already know that sometimesthe app can be a bit finicky. The staff can't control what the app offers you exactly, so just be wary that sometimes you mightorder and pay for a specific menu item and you'll find that they're actually out of stock when you get to the restaurant.Unfortunately this is just a necessary evil if we want the convenience of ordering ahead on our phones, and the staff havealways been apologetic and given me options for substitution when I go to get my order. It's beyond their control, so I don'tbelieve in making a fuss about it. I don't like the idea that customers are getting upset over order mishaps. I feel like youjust need to step one foot in the store, see what the staff have to deal with every day, and you'd be able to understand howthings could often get confusing. These guys are sooo bad. They mess up my order every time. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, they give me a... cinnamon bagel, I tell them and they make me a new one, and then they didn?t put cream cheese on it ??????????? and they putyour donuts in a bag instead of a box so all the topping comes off on the top of the bag.
