The worst tim hortons I placed an order on skip the dish They called me 3 times telling me each time an item on my order is not... available.....how can so many items be missing when I placed the order as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning.....this isridiculous !!!! Visit there frequently, but usually staff is so good except one of arrogant girl who works there. Was tooooooooooooooo rude.... Don?t know how this type of people are hired. I too have worked at Tim Hortons for 4 years and know how busy it is and and howto provide customer service to people. But honestly one of their arrogant team member was really rude, I?ll mannered. I politelyasked her to make bagel fast as my break was about to over and she got very rude to me. Dear, this is not appropriate customerservice u providing to people. Try to be nice at workplace. Very disappointed. I order that plain croissant from skip the dishes but they delivered the wrong order of plain bagel. Really... who anyone can do that. Wrong thing. I don't want to order again. Worst customer service. Read more
Still the worst service from a Tim hortons ever update Jan 17 2020 it's worse. Hire new people. They are so lazy I'm about to... start directing people around so my order gets done within 5 min. I hate this store so much they used to call you my lord. After10 minutes I have to tell you that you forgot the rest of the food on my order waiting 10 minutes for a cheese croissantpurchased food through app they they dont have available, then have to bargain with the Tim Hortons to get something else forthe same price, the app checks available food at the store before purchasing. This is the stores fault for not updating the foodavailable. very slow and unorganized. Missing food and wrong orders multiple times. This is still on going July 20/aug18/oct4still the same.. Nice location, friendly staff. I am glad that it finally opened. The restaurant is too small especially the narrow passage to... the mall. I ordered Turkey Melt, food was good wished the cheese melted a bit more. It?s sad that Chicken Panini discontinued,wished it was still there in the menu. Read more
I?ve been consistently pleased at this location on certain shifts, but lately the afternoon shift here has been consistently... disappointing me with regard to food preparation and idleness. I often walk in and find myself standing in a fairly large line,watching as one or two diligent servers attend to their work while frustratingly-large numbers of others - presumably decidingthat many-staff breaks at once isn?t anyone?s waste of time or money - make themselves visible to me and everyone as theymicrowave food and chat and use their phones in that crowded space where I?m expecting efficient service. Today, if I hadn?tspent so much time watching this gentleman neglect my sandwich?s preparation to talk excitedly into his gesturing hands with acoworker (gloved hands, of course), as to notice how long I?ve seen the man fail to change his gloves, then I?d still be sure torealize how seldom he does it on account of AGAIN (as always, in the afternoons), receiving my food in a carefully-greased paperbag. At least today the uncleaned cutting-board on which the man prepared my food was maybe only 30% as debris-strewn as theworst case I saw. I mean guys, fix up- it?s food-service.
