I always try to avoid this location Erin mills and QEW, but unfortunately tonight I was very tired so I thought I gonna grab my... coffee from here so drivethru only 4 cars inside 5 Customers in a line up, it took 15 mins to grab my 1 medium coffee, so Ithought short of staff. When I reached the window so I counted 7 employees I tried to take a video but by mistake my camera wasset on photos so I am able to take one photo which I got only 4 employees. This review is only for the owner or franchisee whoowns this place. I think you should treat your employees with some respect and treat them like 50% percent of your profitcontributor. Came here tonight with a couple friends from a party just to chill. Was cashed out by a nice lady named Sara and she was... extremely kind and helpful in figuring out which drinks I should get. Although it?s a little far from my house I will certainlycome back here to share a smile with Sara again!. Read more
Lazy staff from 11 to anytime after that seem to be more often than not out of ice caps or cold drinks. One time I waited in the... drive-through for 25 minutes. So after 11, they have no doughnuts no sandwiches and no ice caps, basically, they just pourcoffee in a cup. I'm sure if they could they would be out of that too. If they can they would probably try to be out of water.Get better. Read more
Tuesday morning at 10:30am ( peak time ) 12- 14 workers, working hard the drive-thru very fast and line up in dine in was little... bit slow but everything good and the workers was nice specially there is a lady speak Arabic was very nice and lookprofessional, the food was good too I love the display of ice cream and the store was full with ppl in the same time the storewas sharp cleaned After i putted the review, i went to ask the hard worker lady about her name, she said ? I have gone two times, and both of times they didnt have food service around 9 pm, which is a decent hour to get dinner. Also,... the employee wasn't aware about sugar options, we asked for alternative sugar (splenda) and this person didn't even know what itwas, even though it was just next to the cashier. Also, I ordered 3 ice coffees, and they were totally different volumes, someof them were filled less than the usual. Please, train your staff better. And lastly, the bakery food is kind of old, drytexture, and it tastes stale. Read more
The worst amongst all TH Canada, rude staff, bad service, coffee has no taste of real coffee and 0 cleanliness
Terrible service. Rude and extremely slow. We came on Saturday at approximately 8am. There was a lot staff working at the time,... yet even with just TWO customers we waited twenty-five minutes for our order. We had expressed our concern about the slowservice and the staff was rude talking behind our backs as we were leaving. And no, the drive thru was NOT busy either. There'sabsolutely no reason for them to be slow. Please make sure you are training your staff properly. Read more
The daytime crew at this location is excellent. Anytime after 5pm (all week) be prepared to repeat your order at least 3 times... at the drive thru only to drive away and find out your order is incorrect every time. Simple message people - If you don?t likeyour job, just leave. Read more
