Waited half an hour for a plain bagel w/cream cheese. People that ordered after me got their combos but I couldn?t get a bagel?... Complained after 20 mins, and it took another 10 mins. One of the employees also gave me attitude when I asked for my food. Read more
This is probably one of the slowest Tim Hortons location I have ever come across. They take way too long to go through a queue... of customers, even if it's not at peak hours. Often time, they leave a whole line of customers abandoned for some time, as thecashier goes off somewhere, and the line ends up becoming so long...that it extends to the part of the dining area. One time, Iwas trying to order a chicken wrap, and I had to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes before placing my order. Afterwards, I hadto wait another 15-20 minutes to get my food, and often times they run out of particular ingredients, so they offered me asubstitute, which disappoints me. They know that they'll be having a huge number of students ordering from them, so why don'tthey bring more ingredients next time? Once I do get the food, at certain times, they got my order wrong, and I had to waitanother 10-15 minutes for them to correct my order. In the worse case scenario, I'll be waiting for almost an hour to get myfood, which means I will be starving, and because of that, all the seats in the dining area are taken. So I'll be forced to goelsewhere to eat, which pretty much ruins my experience. In terms of food, I also find it quite ridiculous that they are onlyserving three kinds of Timbits, and they didn't taste as good as I initially had thought. The rest of the food that I tried fromthem, like coffee, wraps and sandwich, were alright...but I felt like I expected more due to the price...but that's just anissue with Tim Hortons in general. Ultimately, I wish that this place would improve in terms of speed and food quality. A lotof students buy food from this location, and they shouldn't have to wait so long, that some may end up going to their classlate. Read more
Come here if u wish to wait 15 or more minutes for ur order. Food is good, however build of some sandwiches and wraps is a... little sloppy. Also, I paid for wedges, didn?t get that many (almost half full). If I had the time I would complain, but timeisn?t to any students advantage. In my opinion, they are understaffed. I cannot say anything bad about their baked goods. Coffeeis on decline quality wise, just as at all other Tim Hortons locations. Read more
I've been here several times and honestly it's usually a negative experience. No one ever has a smile on their face, orders are... frequently wrong, or the food tastes stale for some reason (never had this issue with other Tim locations). *Most Important* Iwant this place to be better, and I don't blame the employees of this Tim Hortons. However, the overall management of this TimHortons is lackluster. It's no wonder that the Starbucks on campus is increasing in popularity.
