Never gets my order right. I recently ordered their version of a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with nutmeg in... it. Not sure how anyone can hand that to another human being without thinking it would come back on them. Go there if you wantto eat a wrap made of 50% mayo or to listen to their apathetic staff get it wrong. Read more
There is a wait at the drive through lane to order, either the people inside are very busy or not paying attention. Coffee is... always fresh and hot and same with the food. Staff is good. Read more
Poor customer service. Ordered breakfast sandwiches with extra egg and it came without extra egg. Went back at store, it took... them 15 minutes to realize that my order had extra eggs in all sandwiches. They had to create a similar order and compare theprices with my order to make sure that the extra egg was missing, even though I showed them the mobile order details. Then theygave me the money for the extra egg which I paid. Extra large coffee was just filled up to 3/4th of the cup, which made it toosweet and creamy, also resulted in a Luke-warm coffee instead of hot. Read more
Was average in everything but the line up was bad and poorly constructed and the coffee was burnt. Sausage seemed questionable... with too much oil. Not gonna come back if I can. Read more
I had their turkey bacon club and as usual it was great. The Potato wedges and coffee make a great combo with the sandwich. The... only thing about almost all Tim's is that they dint have whole wheat bread in the evening. Don't know why. They should changethat. I visit to this location in the weekends mostly. Worst staff i have ever seen. Ladies are so rude specially to the Indian... students. This location is very near to my home. Firstly, they don?t take order for long time and I always wait for long timefor my food. We pay for the food, it?s not free ok. They need to be polite to everyone. Initially, I thought it only happens tome but today I went there with my friend around 5:30am. I was looking at them to come and take order but it seems like they wereignoring us and my friend asked to take order, a lady answered in very rude way. Be polite please. Read more
Contacted my local health department about this but I bought a wrap from here today and bit into something hard in my wrap? when... I removed it from my mouth it was a piece of broken PLASTIC. Drive thru: Cars always blocking laneway to skip into the regular line up - this AM was worst. Just one car ! blck Acura- woman... in a pink hijab starts screaming /swearing with middle finger and her son/or BF jumps out car screaming, smoking and cursingand sat on this other car hood? Truck behind me cant move, or cars behind the other vechicles.... So terrible, just saveyourself and go to another location and Avoid the lunatics! Read more
