Not great experience, especially customer service wasn?t nice. We placed mobile order, & they did not have half our items. A lot... of to and fro - and it seemed like the manager did not want to accommodate at all!! We ended up paying extra for the replacementitems which were cheaper than the items we originally ordered. Raman was EXTREMELY rude and behaved like doing her job was a chore, snapping at me when I asked for an item. If you close the... store at 11 PM and get paid until 11 PM, don't act like you're going to prison when someone makes an order at 9.45. There aretons of people ready to take your job. Read more

I really like this Tims! They work so fast. I've gone during peak times and you'd think looking at the line that it'll take... forever to get your order. Not true at all! At MOST it takes 10min if the line is super long. Most importantly, food is freshand delicious. Their cold drinks are also very good. I'd also like to shout out the awesome customer service!! Always friendly,fast, and ask for straws/napkins which i greatly appreciate. Read more
