Avoid this location. Everything is just bad. Every time. I?ve given it multiple chances and the food down to the burnt coffee..... down to the never having steeped tea ? the staff is just not the brightest. Read more

This Tim Hortons needs a whole staff change over. Worst experience of my life. My order was 10 timbits and medium French... vanilla. I walked into the store and waited 15 minutes for my order. They even made a order for a customer behind me thatordered an sandwich soup combo with 2 ice caps. It wasn't until I became upset that they acknowledged my order. The server madeit seem like I was causing her grief. And quite frankly I don't even want order anymore. Trash service not recommended Read more

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. From the attitude of the staff to the atmosphere, everything was... terrible. The tables and washrooms weren't cleaned. The staff are so loud and are always yelling or being disrespectful to oneanother and to the customers. One of them even criticized another employee in front of the customers. They really need to workon their customer service and overall restaurant management skills. After all, people come inside the shop to sit and relax,it's hard to do that at this Tims. Read more

I've been going to this coffee shop since the early 80s; unfortunately over the years Staff and Management have changed so much... over the years. It has been so many years since you had staff that would listen to the customer and get the order right. Thestaff worked effectively and efficiently to ensure the customer was happy. It wasn't about volume it was about quality and care.So many ownerships have changed, then Management.. again unfortunately with the change of hands also went the lack of care forthe Customer. This Current Owner has even said that "Tim Hortons is a cooperation, they do not care about the complaints of youor me." And honestly saying he is absolutely right! We are being disrespected from the time you walk in the door, you have towait unbelievable amount of time just to order your coffee (tea, ice capp... whatever it is you wanted) Snail mode and most ofthe time it's incorrect. So although I might be just one person I still have the right to good service and when I receive goodservice I tip $$ appropriately. When you spend money for something you ask for and you get something else... Understand peoplewill be upset, but the problem isn't with me it's with the staff that make the same mistakes over and over again. There doesn'tseem to be good management! Especially when they are yelling at customers and not think that someone will yell back?!? If I getdisrespected I will defend myself. So instead of telling people that they are the problem and start looking at all peopleexcept Asiz that work there. He's always polite and gets the orders done fast and correct.. Read more

This is used to be the usual spot where I grab my morning coffee. Coffee is usually average here nothing great. But not going... back anymore. The guy at the drive through window rolls his eyes and does free theatrics for asking to give a "tray". There isanother drive thru just a few minutes North at Central Parkway where the Coffee is a lot better and no clowns to deal with. Givethis one a skip. Read more

Had a really bad experience at this location. From order there was a misunderstanding from the server side. Than she didn?t even... apologized. Coffee was bad. No box for timbits. Was very hungry so thought to grab few things to snack and a coffee. Turned outto be an utterly disappointment. Read more

As always, the staff at Tim Hortons was very kind and helpful. There was a little bit of wait before I could place my order but... that's normal considering lunch hours. The staff was patient with me while I chose what to order. My order was ready within 2minutes. Their quick service is always appreciable. I had a pleasant meal. Thank you Tim Hortons staff!
