A bit dirty on dinning area. The major issue for me is the lighting or color of shop design. It give me a grey feeling. You know... now is winter time. People always missing sunshine, sitting inside the shop is kind of same as walking in street with a greysky, sometimes even has few leafs falling down from tree. Hahaha. This is not Tim's problem but it is too brown and grey colorand feeling to me. I really think this shop should do a construction to make the shop more better. As this shop is kind of tooold now. Got an ice capp to sit down and work on my laptop but the wifi wouldn?t work. Neither on my laptop nor on my phone. I work in IT... so I did the usual restart but nothing. When I asked the associate about it he said it works sometimes and doesn?t work othertimes. Since I couldn?t work without wifi, I requested to get a refund on the ice Capp but was denied a refund on the basisthat nothing was wrong with my order. Giving this a 2 star since the staff wasn?t rude and nothing was wrong with my order. This location always messes up orders. Always under staffed. Since I asked for No ice in my coffee, they gave me half cup coffee... saying rest is supposed to be Ice!!???? the manager on duty asked me to order a large to get this filled to the top!! ???? Absolute garbage customer service here. I've never felt so disrespected in my life going to tim Hortons. Today I walk in.... Patiently waiting in line almost 10 min as it seemed they were short staff.. I finally got to the front of the line by thecounter waiting to place an order.
