I ordered online and they didn't heat my croissant and when I asked they said it will take 15 minutes, it can't take 15 mins to... heat one croissant it happened many times with me . If they can't heat it or toast it then they must remove it from app . Read more

It's closed quite a few times. The lines are extremely long during school time (lunch). Online ordering is hard because the... staff doesn't try to please you. The food tastes good. Read more

Very bad customers service. I was there 5 minutes ago, i'm a customer of Inside The Mall, 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON... L5M 4Z5, my daughter went to get a cup of water they aske her for money, i was in a hurry to catch my daughter's doctorappointment. I'm really disappointed because i had to cancel the appointment to get order with water. Is this the way that timhortons employees treat their customers. Read more

This "Tim Hortons" is inside the "On route" facility area that is on highway 4o1 for the public and the long distance... travails. This area has lots of food related business mostly for dining and relaxing. "On route " has gasstation and publicwashroom ???? facility too. You can see these stations after each 60...65 km trevilling I think so. Having this kind of facility during trevilling is a great thing. Read more

Most of the time the service is fine, but some days I'm met with rude employees. Please ensure your staff are being polite to... customers. Google showed opening time was 9:30am and the app had let me order, so I assumed they were open. When I arrived, thegate was still closed. I asked one of the staff when they open and she said 10:30. Fine, I waited until 10:30. The employee whohad opened the gate was very rude to us customers who were waiting outside of the gate, as if she were frustrated that we hadbeen standing there waiting. After receiving my order and being on my way, I noticed my latte was cold, not even warm in theslightest. Like it had been sitting on the counter for an hour. So, firstly, ensure that your hours on Google are updated.Secondly, if people are able to order ahead of time on the app, but you don't open for another hour, maybe don't make theirorder until you open, to ensure the customer's drink isn't cold when they get it? And lastly, ensure your staff are trainedproperly on customer service. It isn't the customers' fault they didn't know you weren't open at the time that is posted online. Read more

The service here us super slow no matter if you go in or through the drive thru. They mess up orders too and sometimes aren't... very friendly. It appears they are understaffed which could lead to all of these problems. Still a tims so it gets 2 stars lol..... just went there for a cafe mocha with no topping and of course I got the disgusting super sweet topping Read more
