I ordered online and they didn't heat my croissant and when I asked they said it will take 15 minutes, it can't take 15 mins to... heat one croissant it happened many times with me . If they can't heat it or toast it then they must remove it from app . Read more

Very bad customers service. I was there 5 minutes ago, i'm a customer of Inside The Mall, 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON... L5M 4Z5, my daughter went to get a cup of water they aske her for money, i was in a hurry to catch my daughter's doctorappointment. This "Tim Hortons" is inside the "On route" facility area that is on highway 4o1 for the public and the long distance... travails. This area has lots of food related business mostly for dining and relaxing. "On route " has gasstation and publicwashroom ???? facility too. You can see these stations after each 60...65 km trevilling I think so. Having this kind of facility during trevilling is a great thing. Read more
