I'm updating my review, this is one of the best places to spent good time and do some work. Also, the cleaning staff is doing an... excellent job. It clear that they are keeping this place clean evey time I go there. --- Great choice but need to do better jobin cleaning the tables. Read more
Got my order all wrong what a mess. And all Tim Horton need to have mix environment of employees working their not just east... Indians only. I find that racism not hiring white, Chinese, or Jamaican. Read more
Visited this Tim Hortons location through drive-thru. Horrible service. The lady was rushing us to drive away immediately after... we paid the bill - we just got the drinks and just wanted to quickly settle the drinks down. There were very little to no ice ina Vanilla iced coffee. It was basically warm to touch. Very disappointed in this location. Read more
Disappointed at what ?roasted hazelnut espresso cold foam? was given. This looks nothing like the advertisement image that they... show. It isn?t cold brew if the cream is mixed, I can barely see any foam in there. The staff are always keeping us at hold whentaking order in the drive thru because they?re preparing our order, in a way that it is rush and ?ready? by the time we get tothe window. They always do this at my drinks. I hope that they can prepare it well and efficiently next time. Read more

I was running errands on Sunday and needed a high octane Tim Hortons Dark Roast java; new bean recipe! Launched my Tim Hortons... mobile app, chose this location just south of Hwy 401 on Mavis Rd next door to an Esso gas station. Rather than using the busydouble drive-thru, of which one lane was closed, I used the indoor pickup. Customer service was fast and friendly. Read more
Not once has this location gotten an order right for me. The drive through is a total mess. I would have to repeat my order... into the telecom multiple times for them to understand and yet they still manage to give me the wrong order every time. Thislocation needs a strong overhaul on how they process orders because what they have now clearly is not working. Note: If thedrive thru speaker says one moment please, then prepare to say your order multiple times. Compared to the other Tim Horton's inthe area this one in particular is a huge disappointment. I would give zero stars if I could. Read more
