I went to the drive through and ordered 2 farmers breakfast wrap and paid for it. Once I got to the window to collect my food... they had said they ran out of hash browns and told me I can either wait 30 minutes or get the wraps with out the hash browns. Ikindly asked for a refund as I wasn't getting what I had paid for and was upset that they did not mention at the time of orderthat they did not have any hash browns. Very disappointed Read more

1 star but really I mean 0. Not only did the drive thru order-taker completely get the order wrong (which is not that big of a... deal) but when I corrected the person at the window, the order-taker started blatantly insulting me to her co workers - to thepoint an employee had to apologize on her behalf. Thee WORST for dine in. They only have one cashier serving, he said he was there 12 hours plus. The other team members solely... focus on the drive thru and mobile orders, where they have a timer to run them through quickly. What about us???? The dine incustomers?? Look at the line up!!!!!!! My 12 head old daughter was ordering and the person taking the drive through orders was showing her attitude and was quite rude... in all honesty this time Hortons even forgot a drink in my order once.
