A pleasant Tim Hortons. We met here as a group of PEVs (Personal Electric Vehicles), so e-bikes, scooters, electric unicycles,... one wheels and e-skateboards. There's outlet plugs here so while we're charging, we are enjoying coffee from Tim Hortons. It'spart of the gas station. It's got a drive thru as well. Stay safe out there friends! Read more
I have a worst experience on Tim hortans the employee is too rude i ordered a coffee with bagel and i waited for 5 minutes and... they didn?t give me coffee when i ask for they said have patience with aggression and wait again for 2,3 mins and they give mehalf filled coffee after waiting so long and when i asked them the girl that rude with me speaks rude again and other girlworking there help me give me the coffee again. Absolutely disappointed that I have to write this as I come here every day but im getting tired of it. This isn?t the first time... mistakes have been made due to over rushing. Look at the absurd amount of butter that they couldn?t even be bothered to spread.Slow down a little bit and make the food right. Old fashion plain donut? Hard as a ROCK!!! Just bought it 5 minutes ago at Tim Hortons - Millcreek Dr for someone to eat due to... tooth problem. Expecting it to be extra soft but I got it EXTRA HARD instead. And the 20 pack Timbits old batch getting HARDtoo. A waste of money and effort. They need to have an expiry time and serve the new batch. Very DISAPPOINTED for their servicequality. Read more
Worst customer service I?ve ever seen. I buy from Tim everyday and you?ve definitely lost a customer. The employee (female -... medium build - south Asian) yelled at me for asking a question about my drink as if I?m not paying for my drink. She has norespect for anyone and shouldn?t be working if she doesn?t like her job instead of taking it on customers. I?d advise themanagement of this store to take action immediately.
