The staff at this Tim Horton's really needs to understand that the employees of the building have limited times on their breaks... and do not have time to stand and wait in line for 10-15 mins. When there are four people on staff and only one register openedwith a line up to the doors they should open another register and serve their customers with the same quality of service asother locations do. Especially past 2pm. They seem to be more concerned on cleaning up and ignoring the amount of people arestanding there waiting to be served. Again when there are more then 2 people on staff and only one is taking orders while theothers are cleaning. This location already has limited hours and a limited menu so I would think they should really do somethingabout how slow the service really is. They've hired a couple new staff members....why? It really makes no difference. Theservice is still horrible. Read more
Staff are friendly. Quick and efficient service. Does not offer full menu as regular large stores.
It is busy here. As for me, I have enjoyed going over there specially enjoyed soups. Food is good. Staff is good. The Eating... area is neat, clean, spacious. Wifi missing. Read more
The service is not exceptable. I went through the drive through and ended up just walking in. The staff there dont know whats... going on and they are scared to reply to you if you ask a question. Tim hortons used to have a good meaning to canadians and nowits turned into somthing else. Next time, i want my order to be done first before I pay. 1 star. Read more
