Service is quick and coffee is usually fresh; like most Tim Horton they cheap out in that you have ask for napkins or a tray if... you have acquired multiple drinks. I find this to be a disturbing trend amongst many fast food and coffee outlets. I think it'stime to start thinking boycott if the trend continues on its current path! Read more
On September 9th at around 10:10pm my boyfriend and I came in for some donuts a white hot chocolate and a regular coffee and... although we didn?t get her name. Whoever you have employed with shorter light brown hair who has been working for you for over17 years. Deserves a raise. I have been in the food industry for over 16 years and I have never worked with or been served bysomeone with such personality and humour as her. The person at the drive through started by being loud and rude for no apparent reason, she seemed rushed, she couldn?t... understand my order and kept saying the wrong order, I repeated myself and she got even ruder with me because she was rushing,so I left and I will never go back to this tim hortons! So after going here for numerous years I have become so disappointed in their service. There is a guy at the window that keeps... giving me the wrong order, even though they are repeating the order, after I leave it is completely wrong. This has occurred 6times in the past few months. It's like they are rushing and not paying attention and I am on my way to work so I don't havethe time to drive back or constantly check what's in the bag. The quality of the coffee and steep tea has been terrible. Iwill not be using this location anymore. Terrible, poor service but I am paying each and every time for an order I did notorder, and in most instances less than what I am being charged, cause it is not correct!! Read more
Located on Lakeshore, this Tim Horton's is near the lake and surrounded by parks! Check Google Maps where to go. Staff was... really friendly! There was a 30 second technical issue with the mic but they were so nice about it. You just have to be patientin these circumstances. We live in an 'instant' society and you can't be mad at every inconvenience. Stay safe out there people.Lockdown or not, keep washing those hands! Read more
