The manager is extremely rude. I pre-ordered a flavored shot in my coffee and they ran out of the one I wanted. I asked the... staff if I could get a different one and the staff member had to deal with a line up of customers. I get it, it was busy so Ididn't mind waiting. But the manager came and I told her what I wanted and she rudely responded with "you should have told herbefore". If she knew how to "Manage" she would have known that her staff had to deal with a line up first and then come to meafter. Read more

I hope it has less than a star to rate. Worst drive thru i have ever seen. Waited for 25 mins almost and finally have to take... exit because there were another 4 cars ahead of me. Never recommend this location. Read more
The Asian lady with black glasses standing at the drive through needs to learn how to communicate to customers. Doesn?t know... English or basic customer service. Why do even people hire such employees? Very poor service! Read more
After having been interviewed at this location the interviewer requested that I call again and follow-up so as to keep in... contact so that the process may be smoother for the both of us, however upon calling back I was told that no one with my namewas interviewed at this location (like 2 hours of my time inexplicably disappeared and the entire situation was fabricated in myhead), and when I had tried to ask a single a follow-up question it was ignored and the call ended shortly after. I understandif there's another call coming in but to not even receive the dignity of a single sentence or even a proper check to see if Ihad been interviewed doesn't only outright imply that my time isn't valued in the slightest, it may as well be an outrightadmission. For a corporation the lack of professionalism is astounding, and I'm wholly disappointed. Read more

This Tim Horton's is located on Dundas and Dixie. Easily seen and accessed from Dundas, it maybe harder to find coming from... Dixie as it's situated at end and behind the strip plaza. There's plenty of parking and the staff was polite. I enjoyed my timehere having coffee. Since I'm on a keto diet, I got my sweets from the Healthy Planet store across the street and had that withmy XL coffee with 3 almond milks. Perfect day for me! Read more
