Poorest service of any Tim's I've ever been to. Sent me to park and said it would be "2 mins" for a toasted bagel. 5 mins later... I asked a staff member what was going on. Another 5 mins I asked again. Finally I got fed up and asked for my money back. Thattook another 5+ mins. After a conversation with the manager I finally left 20 mins later. Apparently the commercials are wrong about being able to customize your iced coffee. I asked for one cream and one sugar iced... coffee and she had no idea what I was talking about and told me it comes from dispenser as is. At the end I got the drinkcompletely neither here nor there. It was with 2 cream. Seriously ?? Get your stuff together and don?t advertise what you canfollow through even one bit. Read more
Def coffee usually sits in the pot from morning til night. They had a fire around the deep fryer a month or so ago and yellow... thick liquid was all over the area and even dripping into the deep fryer....instead of cleaning that up the workers just keepfrying food in the same oil looking at the unknown chemical mixing in with food.
