Ordered plane bagel with cheese Found piece of plastic in bagel while chewing ... Here these bagels are made in larger... proportions in warehouse setup. This is something which we eat very often. Quality has to be taken care 100%. I am not sure howfar Tims is ensuring to give 100% quality. Staff is good. Thus is something Tims has to fix it. Read more

I was in Toronto for work from Ottawa. On my way home I stopped at this location at 1030pm for a coffee and requested a glass of... water. While my coffee was on Tim rewards the cashier would not give me the water unless I pay 10cents. I explained her that Iam not a local and in Ottawa they don't charge 10cents for water. She rudely closed the window and left. Go around the world andin many societies giving water is an act of charity. Agreed Tim Hortons is a business however off late doesn't feel like TimHortons is Canadian the way it used to be. Most places have a class of people who work there with no sense of customer service.A life long tim hortons supporter and now rudely awakened just for a glass of water. What a shame! Read more
10 minutes to make a sandwich, are you kidding me. The morning crew needs retraining. A cashier shouldn't go get the order after... taking it when you have about 15 people working there. There's no direction and the part that bewildered me is that there's aline, and all the employees back are turned to you. Major improvement needed. Fyi...1 or 2 employees have good work ethicsthere. Classic Tim Hortons coffee shop like those we have in US... if you want something quick like a coffee or a snack for the road... it?s ideal... this place has lots of tables and sits so it?s ok to go there and hung out for a while... service is quick but thecoffee is nothing great... it?s ok as the vanilla latte I had and the apple muffin... also my wife had a veggie soup with potatowedges and they were pretty good... also their WiFi is good so you can work on your laptop too without any problems...
