530am. Store was open half hr before. 5 whole long rows of people in line I came mid way so two rows in and that was a 30 min... wait. All tired and some carrying bags on their backs. 2 people only working. One till one runner. Service was avg. 5-10minseach - of course some families mostly singles and pairs. The worst service ever Never a good experience at a Tim Hortons within Pearson Airport. The service is always so slow and awful... and they get your orders wrong even when you repeat your order 3 times. The staff also communicate this to customers in a veryrude way whenever asked. An extremely unpleasant incident occured when the manager told off the sever from giving me water. Quoting that Tim Hortons... doesnt let its employees give water to customers unless they pay for the bottled one. I simply wanted regular tap water and noother Tim Horton's has refused this request. Excellent quick food. I stopped by for breakfast and coffee. My favorite thing about the coffee is how smooth it taste. Also the... staff was patient as I tried to figure out what to order. My only wish is that they had a Tim Horton's in Virginia, USA. Read more
