Drinks are FREQUENTLY not filled up, and instead are filled by what is likely equivalent to a size smaller than ordered. There... seems to be disorganization (asking for our order twice in the drive-thru thinking we?re a new car, inputting incorrect orders,etc.) almost every time we visit. Bought a large tea. The lid wasn?t put on properly on my cup. The second I stepped out it spilled all over me. I went inside to... ask for tissues and a refill. They refused so I asked for another empty cup & lid to transfer the current one and they said Iwould have to pay for it. No issue with the food, but the orders are always taken wrong. How does a " sausage biscuit" become an egg and cheese biscuit.... Better service at Dixon and 27 but 10 minutes out of my way. Read more
The drive thru was extremely slow. We ordered a coffee and a quencher. They got both orders wrong and we had to wait while they... made the right orders. Not sure what happened but it wasn't the best experience I've had at Tim Hortons. Read more
Seriously they guy?s don?t deserve a single star also. Customer service is soo bad specially with Indian people. Today i went... for cheese croissants around 10pm snd there were a girls who were saying who eats croissants this time and other girl repliedowls. Really mind ur business mannerless girls. Not the best service and the steak and cheese sandwich I ordered wasn't good and was full of mayonnaise. The smores donut was ok... though. The entrance is weird too. You have walk through cars in the drive thru to get in. Never again. Read more
Got my order incorrect. Then the girl proceeded to blame me that I did not hear her when she confirmed my order at the window.... She was extremely rude. Will not go back. All the businesses around here now go to McDonald's for coffee because of the lack ofservice here. Guess I'm joining them. Need to rethink your staff. Read more
