Ordered take out. 1 lb of wings, which were about 8 or 9 wings, decently sized (bigger than standard) Cajun and a side of honey... bbq. Placed the order online through their website and it was ready on time. The pickup process was smooth and staff was friendly. I... ordered the Sunday night special 3lb wings. You can choose up to 3 flavours for which I ordered lemon pepper, Gutter butter andthe ranch one. I really wanted to order Garlic parmesan but they were all sold out. Maybe next time as all the flavours wereamazing especially lemon pepper and they are halal. Definitely will try them again. Read more

First time trying this place and boy, I was not disappointed. I ordered 1 lbs of the Like a Panda Wings. The combo comes with... potato wedges and a drink. I upped it with a side of macaroni salad. The wings…well, they were big and juicy! The flavour wasamazing. It had a subtle smoky taste and the garlic sauce complimented the sweetness nicely. The wedges were a bit too saltybut they were nice and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The macaroni salad was creamy and well made. I was greetedby the friendly staff upon entry and left the same way I came in. Overall, this was a fantastic introduction to The WingFactory. I highly recommend you give this place a try. Had heard about Wing Factory from several people and they did not disappoint. Their wings were crispy and extremely saucy. We... ordered 2 pounds of wings with the Hot Honey and Factory sauce. While their wings were amazing and large, the potato wedges weretoo soft and not crispy at all. Will definitely try their other sides next time. This place truly tried to take as much money from you as possible and it’s very ridiculous. Big scam. Literally go anywhere... else. It’s not worth it to even try this place. We placed an order on Uber Eats for the 3lb wings combo that came with 3large sides (wedges, sweet potato fries and garlic bread) and 4 drinks. I simply put a note that said “make it saucy please”knowing a lot of wing places don’t add enough sauce. Instead of the restaurant giving us a call like any restaurant would doand has done before, they just changed the price on Uber eats and added an extra $3-4… we literally couldn’t change it atall and no one would answer the phone when I tried to call the restaurant about it. We’re already getting a lot of food andpaying over $80 for this and they thought it was a good idea for them to just adjust the price and not even giving us a callbefore doing that. It left a poor taste in my mouth and by the end of it we didn’t even get our wedges or sweet potato fries.The garlic bread was soooo hard and tasteless and the wings were way over sauced like they did it on purpose to bedisrespectful. Love, love, love this place. I googled best wings in Mississauga and this establishment came highly rated. They DO NOT... disappoint. I ordered their 3 x 1lb flavours deal on a Monday night. FAB!!! The wings were huge, well flavoured and delish. Iordered a variety of flavours. I had the Hot Honey BBQ, Jack Daniel's BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. This place is garbage, scammers . Paid $34.45 for 2 lbs (14 wings ) and a disgusting green coleslaw and small box of potatoes 2... cokes. Absolutely not worth it !!! I have never seen green coleslaw !!! Taste is old ! Wings didn’t taste good . We orderedthru app, . We upgraded the coleslaw to a large size for an extra $0.20 cents .
