Dirty tables, obviously frozen food, dirty oil, stale fries, everything was burnt. Ask the waiter to send the burnt chicken back... and she agreed it was burnt, took it back, then proceeded to come back saying she cant replace it cuz its normal to be THATburnt cuz the restaurant uses egg in the batter? What? Doesn’t all batter have egg in it? LOL. Weren't even given cutlery withour meal we had to ask for it. Alcoholic beverages also taste off? Shots were the worst thing ive ever had in my life. Tastedlike battery acid. ALSO. There was a man in a white shirt im presuming the manager pointing at our table and looking at usduring our entire stay. This place is a dump. Unless you are drinking enough to eat dog food and not notice you will be disappointed. The chicken must... have been thawed and frozen 25 times and then placed into the micro wave frozen to cook it. I can not think of any other way tomake chicken that bad. I am sorry I didn't take a picture because this was such a sad looking meal. It had all the appeal of amicrowavable dinner and smelled like burnt rubber at a race track. I really shouldn't shame microwaveable dinners becausepresidents choice could have a freezer and a microwave and run a better restaurant. I haven't been to Texas Longhorn for awhile since a location we used to go to closed. Went to this place to celebrate my... brother-in-law's birthday and had for appetizers the seafood platter and nachos. The seafood were battered and fried and werecrispy, the nachos with ground meat, sour cream and salsa were crunchy. The kids had hamburger, chicken wings and chickentenders. The adults had steak and tacos. The steak comes with two sidings and I chose garlic mashed potatoes and mushrooms. All the food were freshly prepared and well seasoned. We enjoyed all the delicious and tasteful food. For dessert we had frozencheesecake, sticky pudding and churros which were really the best finish to our meal. We ordered King Fish Steak on rice through Uber because it was on promotion. The price was surprisingly cheap. When we came to... pick up, the employee was kinda rude with unwelcoming attitude toward my friend, maybe he thought my friend was a driver, still,he should have been trained to have a better customer service, be professional. The Food was absolutely disappointing, nowonder why 2 orders for $22. The fish has awful and weird taste like it was rotten. Then we went back to the review on google,there is also another same review. So for sure it’s not us have the problem, it’s the food quality was unacceptable. Went during a Wednesday where they had all you can eat wings and it was quite an experience. The flavour of some were mostly... misses for me. Buffalo Barbeque tasted like ketchup, "Suicide" was not that spicy in my opinion and it was sour, the honeygarlic was good, but made me feel nauseous. The service was somewhat slow, even with getting the bill when my table wasbasically the only one there. Though, the server was nice and attentive. Read more
All you can eat ribs are so good! Neesha was awesome! Attentively there but also gave us the space we needed. The rib sauce was... spicier than I preferred and the kitchen easily accommodated for me. Great service and great food. Thank you! Read more
I would give them infinite stars if I could. got the blooming onion, poutine and taco pasta, It was phenomenal, you can see the... cheese string off the fries. It was fresh. I used to go to this place that it's old location it wasn't bad I strictly came here tonight because I had a craving for a... colossal onion. The service was okay waitress had a difficult time understanding us and we had a difficult time understandingher. After repeating ourselves a few times everything was okay.
