The delivery is ridiculous! The food delivery should be like 12:02. I waited outside from 12-12:08 and there is no delivery... coming. I called the store at 12:08pm and told me that my food is still there and they said that they dont have delivery ridersevery morning and they want me to go there to pick up my food! Lol Read more
Worst location ever! Have tried possibly 3 times over the past 5 years, (still have memories of when it was delicious, no... longer, especially at this location). Tonight, tried to order online - total failure after 30 minutes so ordered over the phoneat 7 pm. So now 9:40 - no delivery, just received a call from the unfortunate delivery guy saying he was on his way. We live 10minutes away. Said don't bother, we ate pb&j on toast an hour ago. The staff were very kind and very well presented and the only disappointment was that the food was very dry and when one waits a... long time for their food and it comes out very overcooked and dry. It's very disappointing especially at the price point. Theydid offer to recook but I was done by that point in time. It was getting late in the day. Very slow service, took 20, minutes for 3 $5 fill ups. Also don?t listen properly when you place a order. Gave us canned pepsi... instead of the regular pepsi in a cup. After i came to the window they didn?t hear that I ordered three and only told me thetotal for onlt 1. After that I told her no I want 3 and PAID for three. After i paid and waited at the window for another 2/3minutes she comes back to tell me they don?t have any more flatbreads and to pick a different one. I told her I already paid andi don?t want the other ones and she tells me to wait 15 minutes for my food so I am currently parked waiting for my food andit?s already been 15 minutes still waiting?. It was very bad experience. After arriving home I found that the 14 chicken pieces were cold and they forgot to put the extra 4... biscuits and all bbq sauce including the extra ones that I ordered. I drove 6km back to them and told them about the issue,then it took them a bit of time to "discuss" this issue before giving me the forgotten. Worst location I have ever been too. I ordered kfc chicken at this location and they wouldn?t give me even one Louisiana hot... sauce until I told them I want my money back. Ordered over $70.00 worth of food, buns of all 3 chicken sandwiches were overly toasted, not really crispy, you could smell the... burn on the inner aspects of buns, gravy was overly thick and fries were well done and dry out crispy.
