Worst place to order food. Would give 0 star if possible. I called in to order at 8:50 pm Sunday for 6 items mentioning twice... about no onions in two of them.I was given 20 minutes prep time so i reached within 25 minutes. Upon inquiring they said it?lltake longer.i again confirmed for no onions. After a series of rude answers i got my food at 10:10pm. I was expecting food wouldbe good and least worth the wait but it was all filled with onions! I called back immediately twice but no response! Gave thisplace a second chance after one bad experience but this place keeps getting worse. no sense of customer service. This is my 3rd time to visit this Franchise. The first one was to have the Holy Shakes at the Winston Churchill & Argentia... Location, for which I have already written a positive review. The 1st time to this location that is 5 min from my house, waswhen I went with our grandkids to have their desserts. They had just opened then and had a few start-up operational issues. The2nd time was last week when I wanted to try their specialty Kathi Rolls. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Roll and the Chicken ChiliRoll. They cook their food fresh, hence this is not a fast food restaurant, so be prepared to wait for not more than 20 min. Iordered take out and it was ready within the 20 min time frame. The Tikka Roll was delicious, but the house smelt of the typicalstreet food spices. My wife was not happy, obviously! My son had the Tikka Roll and he was happy. Edit: The management reached out to me, took the ownership of the issue and promised... improvements. ____________________________ Original review: I was there a couple of days ago. I ordered a Vegetarian Keemaroll. The taste was good but the portion was very small and it came with fries. The fries should be an add-on item not forcedon. Also I decided to order waffle bites to take out but they said they were out of stock. So my second choice was churros withOreo and they gladly took the order and processed my payment but after a long 15 minutes they said they were out on churros too.And never bothered to refund my money. ???? It's so awesome that we have this eatery near us! Holy Shakes are simply to die for, and they serve a mashup of Indian fusion... foods! Will 100% be back to try other menu items. Read more

The food is really good. I had the Ultimate Fusion Mac and cheese with butter paneer. It was comforting and delicious, with just... a slight hint of heat (when asked if I wanted it medium or spicy, I said mild ????). We also tried a couple shakes and the OreoChurro Poutine, all of which were okay. A little overpriced in my opinion, but very Instagram-able, if that's your vibe. I seesome complaints about the slow service, but they just opened up! There's going to be a bit of a learning curve. Considering thepleasant service and tasty food, I can easily overlook waiting a bit. Read more

Ordered the "on the rocks" with butter chicken as my topping. It was delicious! Not too spicy and was a nice large portion. Also... tried their Ultimate fusion with Mac n cheese and butter paneer as the topping. It was very very good. I'd definitely recommendeither dish to anyone. Food and milk shakes are on point. I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Burger and the Ras Malai shake - both were delicious. The side... of masala fries took me back to India. The ambience is also perfect. Read more

I have been to many locations and by far this is the best location I have been too. The portion size was good and the location... itself had a great atmosphere. Love that we could sit down and enjoy the meal. I would recommended this location if your lookingfor Indian street food. Read more
