I went there few times and I don?t think I will go back. Service isn?t great, every time I?m served by a senior lady, she barely... understands English which is okay, but the real issue is with the younger lady, she terribly lacks manners, very intrusive andrough edged, she will be checking you in an aggressive way, constantly trying to remove plates, and commenting are you done? Isit enough? Are you eating? Come on, If someone is eating no need to rush him, it?s not pleasant. She definitely need hospitalitylessons, it?s not the army, it?s a restaurant and you can?t be pushy especially when the restaurant is empty. Read more
Had a terrible experience at this location tonight. Been to this location and never had issues before. Service was slow, but... they seemed understaffed so not shocked on that. I ordered what I normally do, The Southern Canuck sandwhich. Never had an issuebefore. Tonight took a good solid bite and was surprised by a nasty crunch and a painful slice on the inside of my mouth. Neverfound a bone in my sandwhich before. Normally a server would notify a manager over an issue and they would at least come toapologise. Yet nothing. Server offered a fresh sandwich, but not really the issue. Could have at least taken that one of ourseven meals off the bill. Nope. Dont think I will be returning to this location. Read more
Don?t bother ordering for pick up. Just dine in. They will tell you it?s ready at a certain time, but when you go to pick it... up, you?ll be waiting another hour or so. I?d rather they give honest pick up times so that I?m not waiting in a crowded areafor an hour. I?d still order from there if they told me my order would be ready in 2 hours rather than this. They forget order items EVERY SINGLE TIME I get delivery. Why? Two evenings in a row this weekend. If you order salad, no... dressing. Baked potato, no sour cream. Pierogies, no sour cream. Donuts not sent. Meal deal with two cans of pop, they send onebottle. Ridiculous and inconvenient. They obviously have no system in place to make sure that complete orders are being sent. Dobetter. Went to this location for lunch with my mom today. Very friendly staff that were attentive and funny. Farzy F was super... personable and she was supporting a new staff person with us. I believe it was someone from Ukraine, which was nice to see. Very clean, fast, friendly service which would have us visit again! Read more

This is by far the best Swiss Chalet in Mississauga. The "dine-in" experience is always beyond expectation thanks to the... outstanding service provided by Katrina. Katrina is warm and friendly, she is extremely attentive and she makes us feel like aVIP guest each time we visit! She is extremely forward thinking and will have whatever we need on the table before we ask forit! This woman is golden and we thank Swiss Chalet for hiring such a competent and professional person.
