Service was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was clean and comfortable. The meals was great, fresh,... crispy fries, great stuffing and cranberry sauce. I had the quarter chicken dark meat and the only reason I?m giving it a 4 isbecause my chicken was very small and they changed the dinner rolls. Had a swiss chalet gift card and second straight time I ordered here for pick up that they missed an item upon pick up. The... first time we ordered, they missed the chalet sauce. This time, they missed 20 pieces of wings (ordered the ribs and wingsdinner). Dine in looked quiet and didn't seem to be busy. From the pick up window, you can see the personnel (at least 4 guys)in the kitchen was just standing around. Check your order prior to leaving this place. Read more
I have been going there for the past 20 years with my family. This location is one of the best in terms of serving fresh Swiss... chalet food. All servers are great but we always ask for our favorite who her name is Farzy. She is by far one of the bestservers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We dined early even on July 31, 2022. July Server Jola was terrific. Very patient and friendly helping us take the orders. Gave... our kids a larger amount to drink as she recognized they were older (8 and 10). The food quality and portion was very good. Wehad Nashville hot chickens. Good amount of spice, taste and juicy. This location has a modern design and even some outdoorseating. Reviewing based on in-person pick up: website ordering was pretty good. Not sure why they did not offer a few of their products... from this location. The pick up offered at this location was the VIP (at vehicle) or in-person pick up. The pick up is at theHarvey side of the restaurant while the dine-in is on the Swiss Chalet side. The sign at the front is almost fading forindicating the "pick-up" sign. Not confusing at all when you walk into the Harvey's for the in-person pick up. They do have agood set up and arrows/markers on the floor for pandemic protocol. The exit is awkwardly placed around the other side of theHarvey's leading into the drive-thru (make sure to look at the right side before walking). Hopefully, it gets better after rulesare lifted as it's really awkward in here. Best deal is definitely the family deal with a whole chicken nets out to be the costof 3 quarter chickens + 1 free quarter chicken meals. The garden salads are more than the usual dine-in amount for sure! Iappreciate that they apply a sticker for the weekday for the salad and sauces. Store didn't listen to our request for noutensils, no condiments and didn't have the multigrain buns that are available at most stores. But food was ready when weordered ahead and specified a time for pick up. Everything was well packed and ready for us to grab and go. Read more
