Very sad about todays experience at this location of Swiss chalet. The fresh garden salad was not fresh. As we found some of it... looked old and a bit changed in colour. Very disappointed. The staff was not very helpful in making us satisfied. They were in ahurry to get us out. I don?t think we will come to this location again. Other customers beware. Read more
After 15 minutes of waiting I get a call telling me that it will be 20-25 minutes. At this point Im like it will take me same... time if drive somewhere else so I say ok I will wait. 25 minutes later I walk in everyone sees me and no one to say anything orto give me an update, I finally call someone to talk to and I had to wait for more time for them to pack my food. I passivelysuggested that I should get some discount for waiting almost 40 minutes, the guy says? oh, we had to prepare the chicken ? instead of apologizing and coming up with something intelligent to say. Poor manners aside, I live 500 meters away, by the timeI park my car, my car seat is soaked with what I hope is not oil. What really bothered me is I gave the guy a chance to make itright, but he didn?t. I guess next time I have to be a Karen for them to take care of their customers, but there will never be anext time at this location at least. Read more
What a great place! Went out looking for delicious food in a nice restaurant and this place fit the bill! The service was... amazing. The food was delicious. The place looks awesome too. A very clean place. It?s a great place for dinner or drinks, butI?d recommend staying for both. :) Read more
This is a relatively new place. Atmosphere is very nice. Good service with friendly servers. Food is delicious too.
I had the greatest experience here!! I took my family of four and could not have been more happy with the service. Our server?s... name was Janice. Holy cow was she incredible!! Nice, renovated, clean location, generous portions - I could not finish mine (pardon, I only thought to take a picture after I... started eating :)). I had fish and chips special and it was delicious fish and chips! Well done! Overall experience was great.Oh, and no long wait. Read more
My shoutout to the manager and staff...We've been having trouble ordering online with their websites and call centre for a group... event. I am thankful that the manager (sorry for got her name) and Joe were there when I walked in with frustration against theSwiss Chalet Group ordering website. (I spent 3 days trying to get it to work...) They took the time to go through my 24 ordersand ensure the information are accurately entered. They ensure that they will follow thru from kitchen to delivery. Now I amrelief that my order are in good hands. While I am waiting, they offered me a drink, which is something I don't expected.That's some serious customer service there which I don't see everyday.
