It was our first time at this restaurant, and first impressions, it's a nice place with good menu items to choose from and... amazing service by their staff. A very friendly environment with lovely host and servers trying to accomodate their client'srequests with fast service. We'd ordered mix platters, Chicken wings and a mix/ shareable appetizer plate with drinks. Thefood was served fast & hot with freshly prepared bread. However I had a coulple of inputs and passed those on to the ownerSultan Ahmet himself, who was kind enough to go to client's table one-by-one and took reviews on their service, food quality,portion size and any other comment(s), which was a good gesture. They don?t accept reservations but you can go on the waitlist online. The hostess at the reception is amazing! Calm, attentive... and cheerful. Took us about 20 min to get a table but the wait was absolutely worth it! Cheerful atmosphere and if you are luckyyou get to see the way they celebrate birthdays. The service was slow but the food is amazing! My favorite was Ali Nazik.Freshly baked bread is something that I always look forward to. They also have a great selection of Turkish desserts. Came here with my family today. We arrived when they were first opening up. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the... place. The hostess and the waiters were also very kind and welcoming. We ordered a few appetizers, some mains, and then some teaand dessert. Everything was absolutely amazing. Our server and the manager Noori was amazing and took very good care of us. Definitely recommend giving this place a try based on how nice and friendly the staff were! A few took time to come talk to us... and introduce themselves, and they offered us free dessert and tea! We came here just to check out the place and we were very impressed upon entering at the cleanliness, open space and the... beautiful decor. The staff is exceptional and super friendly. We were served by Nouri and he was very good at explaining all thethings we asked about the menu We have posted pictures of what we ordered and we would rate all of them 5 stars because it wastruly delicious and the portions sizes were great. Food quality is very good. Fast service even though restaurant was busy. Like the ambience. Mixed grill was the best. Beef was... little dry and no much flavour. Love the hot chilli true Turkish flavour. Looking forward to visit again to try more dishes. Inthe end they offered us complimentary Turkish tea. Excellent customer service and recommendations. One of the best Turkish food we tried so far in Mississauga area. Will definitely going back again. The service was great. Very... attentive and friendly. Food was fabulous, delicious!!
