I just got a sub on this place. And got the worst experience ever on a subway. First of all the guy was on the phone while... making my sub. When he asked me for protein I said no meat a veggie patty, then he said what meat I said no meat veggie patty,he put the sub without the veggie patty on the grill then he asked for the rest of toppings I said what about my veggie patty,then complain that I didn?t ask for that before. After that everything went down hill. Never coming back. Horrible service, guysname started with a T don?t know the rest ???? Read more

Monday night, so I decided to grab some food on the way home. But, I had a feeling something was off and I realized I should... have been more considerate of the employee at this particular location. The stores subway and open signs were off (at 8o?clock) and after all, the place does close at 9:30. Obviously, he was not pleased to be making a couple of subs. Now I shouldhave reconsidered -even though I was already in the store- and made the decision to go home and just prepare a meal. I mean he?shad a long day as well. My apologies to the young artisan. Extremely unimpressive staff. The lady on the counter could not be bothered. I told her that half the chicken was left in the... scoop that she uses, and she frowned at me and ignored. Also, the veggies she put in so measly that a footlong could not fill meup. She charged extra on the bill and when i asked, she told me that she charged me for the drink. The drink that she neverprovided us a cup for. Any business that tries to save costs by lowering the quantity of food usually shuts down in the longrun. Read more

The staff working there is very kind and cooperative. The customer service is also excellent with fresh baked bread and fresh... vegetables. The dining area and the washrooms are always clean. I would highly recommend eating your sandwich here. Read more

The two staff members seemed annoyed and bothered when me and my friend dropped in to order two subs when it was dead in the... evening. I don't ask for much in terms of service at take-out restaurants but when your staff clearly doesn't care to begenerally nice for 2 minutes then I won't come there again. When I say thank you at the end for the service and get a responseof silence then I will eat at another establishment who will appreciate my business. Read more
