I was in line ready to take order then a customer came in with a mobile order. I was then passed over and told to wait while she... filled the mobile order. Causing me to wait even longer I then left and will never be going back to this location again.Passing over customers in line to fill mobile orders was just rude. A lady named Aman served me today. At the end of the toppings I mentioned 'salt and the pepper and parmesan'. Instead she put... salt and pepper and put hot sauce. As soon as I saw that, I mentioned 'I said parmesan' and she was ready to throw the sandwichaway. That's when I said it's ok just add parmesan. She was instead furious at me saying 'you should have told me when I pickedthe bottle of hot sauce' and I mentioned that I had no issues whatsoever. She was so rude even after that,as if it was my fault.I did mention it to her that her service was pathetic and she was rude. She was mad at me for her fault when I wasn't evencomplaining.
