Ordered on Subway app July 20th didn't get order, Doordash refunded them on 25th July still no refund, that store at Hurontario... and Dundas is shady af, sent many emails to Subway customer service and nothing Doordash tried nothing, when you call they don'tanswer and voicemail full, then when I went to store yo ask about my non refund they gave me bogus number and name for theremanager, only thing left is go my MPP, BBB Canada, Mississauga News Paper and Next Door Read more

Sub was made incorrectly according to instructions. When asked about it, they said they don't read the comments and refused to... remake the sub. They are incompetent and don't take responsibility. Earlier in the pandemic, a female staff member also wore hermask on her chin and would touch her mask and then food ingredients - not following the rules and not sanitary. Washrooms aren?t really out of order, you just need to tell them that your a customer and need to wash your hands. After you do... that, lady at the front will summon the toilet boss that usually sits in the back and he will come out and open it for you. Read more

I came in today for lunch and told the server before ordering that I have a receipt with a completed survey on it (from eating... at Subway previously). The server immediately frowned and told me it was past expiry, which is 6 days. I then told her it hasonly been 5 days, so she looked at it carefully again and then told me because I didn't take a photo of the website survey page,it wasn't valid. I pointed out nowhere on the website or receipt instructions did the survey say that - I just had to write thesurvey code on the receipt. She then went and spoke with some other guy (probably the manager) and he angrily asked her, "Sowhat does he get? Nothing too much I hope". She pointed out I was entitled to either 2x cookies or a soft drink, andeventually he relented. From then on they made it clear they didn't want me there grumbling and not even looking at me whenmaking my sandwich and ringing me up. When I was halfway home I noticed they upcharged me $1 to make back the cost of the twoFREE cookies I asked for because I did the survey. At this point I didn't feel like going back to argue over $1. Why doesSubway even offer freebies for our thoughts? Make it clear on the survey you don't value your customer opinions and that theywon't get anything free from doing it. No need to jump through hoops looking for any way to get out of giving a measly twocookies that cost next to nothing to your customers. The service was extremely unprofessional / hostile and made me feel badfor even daring to set foot into the store. Well you succeeded if that was your intent - I'm never going back to this location. I haven't shared the same negative experiences as those posted I find the female who served was decent enough in appearance and... customer service. Don't go to this chain a lot as the meat is questionable but if I'm in the mood for a sandwich then I'll pay avisit this time was to try the new $4 panini's new promotions with wallet friendly prices usually lure me and my belly to come.Got the chicken it is just enough for a quick bite has peppers and a sweet tangy sauce I couldn't get enough with some onionsbut they never toast the bread enough is my only criticism.
