I ordered a pickup from the uber app. I went little bit earlier then the pick up time and obviously my order wasn?t ready. The... lady who was working at that time asked me about my order and when i told her that i am bit early, she politely answered me thatno worries i will prepare your order. She prepared order infront of me. And trust me she prepared a best subway for me. Verynice customer service. I ordered vegetarian subway with veggie patties. All vegetables and sauces were in perfect amount. Itwas so delicious. I will definitely visit this place again. Read more

I used a gift card my wife gave me but then realized I forgot my wallet at home... After trying to solve the issue andunable to do so because I used a gift card, one of them paid for the rest of my meal while I waited for my wife to bring me mywallet. They were both very understanding and patient with my goof-up and I really appreciate them for it. I made sure to paythe lady back and thanked them both for dealing with my stupidity. Thank you! Everytime I go in to this subway i struggle just to order my food. They used to have great service and a bell to ring when... they're in the back. Now you can try and shout and hope they hear you. Usually they dont. There is a subway slightly uphurontario that doesn't have all their staff hiding in the back. Read more

Slowest service ever! Never seen someone at Subway doing their subs so slow. Do not go there if you're in a rush!
