I went to this Subway restaurant last night at about 10 pm (it closes at 11 pm on Saturdays) to get some food. When I walked in,... the only staff member I saw was a woman. Since this is only the third time I have bought in Subway, I do not quite know thenames of many of the foods and steps of buying foods. When I asked the staff(the lady) about the discount(coupon) in a friendlyway, she was very impatient and rude, which made me feel upset and angry. I was not familiar with how to use coupons and sherefused to help me! So I left Subway immediately without buying any food. I do not think I should trust Subway anymore andencourage you guys not to buy food at this store because you might be so disgusted by her bad behavior that you would not paytips to her. Read more
I love subway but every time I come to this location I receive horrible service. This is the third time to come with the same... subway worker who is not professional at all. I?m reading the other reviews for this location and it seems like I?m not the onlyone with this issue from the same worker. I love subway and always get the same sandwich. To the lady that worked at this location on Friday Jan 14,22 at 11:45 am (I wish... I got her name), made the best sub I have ever had. She keeps a clean station at all times and makes the sandwich with love.Nailed every part 10/10 would definitely come back only if she servers me. ?? I hope her boss sees this ???????? Read more
Paid for a turkey and bacon salad. I was given a 1/2 cup of spinach and I had to ask for more. I had to ask for more of each... vegetable and the container was only 1/2 full. I was charged 1 slice of bacon which should have been included. This salad was $8not including tax. Given the portion size it's best to go elsewhere. The subway at Thomas (at Longo's) is so much better. Don'twaste your time on this location. Update: my Dad stopped by (against my advice) and the employees were not following dine inCovid mandates. I drop in here once in a while. But I have not had any food from Subways since the start of the pandemic last year. I decided... to drop in after returning from the vaccination clinic at UTM yesterday on Sunday. I had my usual roasted chicken breast footlong sandwich. In my mind, as far as fast foods go, this is one of the healthier ( dare I say ) options. Your staff on Feb 9 during the close was extremely rude. She said the bathroom was out of order which makes no sense? I even... asked how both of them were out of order. PS it?s illegal to run a restaurant in Ontario with no working bathrooms if that?sactually the case. However I suspect this was a lie. In addition, she was not at all friendly and did not have any commonpoliteness or decency for a customer service position. I always order a veggie delight sub but I?m never sure of what sauces to add to make it the perfect sub and the girls working... there named Deeksha and Amanpreet are kind enough and very friendly to suggest some good ones and gave me discount for thecookies. Now, it?s my go-to place for a quick snack. Also, the double chocolate cookies are sweet treats on top. Read more
