Didn?t read the instructions on mobile order forgot to put cheese and some ingredients
This place is still horrible it took forever for the people ahead of us to get their two subs, when we finally were able to... order they were out of the main ingredients in the southern steak with avacado the place is filthy, the tables rock and notjust a bit Ghetto! The Subway at Iona Plaza on Mississauga Valley Blvd is managed poorly. The windows were egged a week ago andit's still there. The staff, some of them are slow and it causes lineups. Some of the staff are OK but on which day will youget good service and sandwiches, is there a daily special for that? Monday poor service, Tuesday great service......however atKennedy and Matheson Blvd the sandwiches are great and the "Sandwich Artist" was helpful and friendly. The restaurant is cleantoo. But I'm wondering what happened to the daily specials that are usually posted ????? Read more
We just visited this Subway at might before they close around 9:30 pm, Jagmeet provided us with excellent service. He was kind,... courteous and professional. Answered all the questions for my dad, provided him with excellent service and did not rush him.Advised us on what would go best with our sandwich but also told us that we have full choice of what we would like to add. Increased the Prices of the Sub of the Day from March, 1, 2022 & Posted Misleading Ad in the Store. Prices Increased by 25% &... There is no such thing now called Sub of the Day. Running Misleading ad with $4.49 for Sub of the Day but It's Misleading asALL Prices are different thru Fine Prints on the Board. A Fraudulent way of making Money & Doing business. Even customerservice person the counter was ashamed of such behavior of Subway & it's franchise Owner. AVOID SUBWAY & Cook at Home & MakeSandwiches at home. In fact AVOID Coffee & Sandwiches outside with Gas prices so high & Save Money for Vacations & Retirement &to Pay for Rent & Mortgages etc. Save Money for Better Education rather than wasting on Tim Hortons, McDonald's, SUBWAY etc. Read more
Placed the order online and staff was preparing it when I entered the restaurant then inexplicably just put it aside and took a... walk in order, prepared it and then went back to working on mine. Eventually I got my food about 30 minutes after ordering itand it was burnt, chewy and tasteless. To top it all, it's a cheddar and bacon grill sandwich and she just forgot the cheese andthe sauces were added as if they were liquid gold. Horrible horrible experience. Read more
