Sorry, this Subway has lost a costumer. I always order thru the app, and the app allows us to customize the sandwich, upon... picking up the sandwich, was criticized for using the ?More? topping selections in the app, as well, I ordered yesterday andnoticed there were condiments missing on the sandwich, so I put in the notes to please make sure it was on there. I feel thisplace would be better without the owner there, as the lady making the sandwich looked very sad and upset. Read more

I went into this location to inquire about the Sub of the day. I asked the 3 ladies behind the counter simply what the sub of... the day was and they got extremely rude and upset, for what reason I dont know. When I asked what the sub of the day was, thewomen behind the counter yelled at me to choose a style of bread. The entire experience I was treated terribly rude and willnot be returning, ever. I go to Subway all the time and have never been treated so rudely at a location before so you lost aconsistent customer. Maybe tell the 3 young ladies behind the counter (working from shift open 10AM on May 18th 2022) tocommunicate positively with the customers and not speak poorly of the customers to each other! I wanted to write a long andhonest review about this location because of how terrible it was/is, to others - avoid this location and go to a differentsubway. I think a call to your corporate head office is in order. Im sure they would be very disheartened to hear how youconsistenly treat your guests/patrons. Even the following customer who was this sweet old lady was yelled at and rake over thecoals by their terrible attitude and customer service. She might not go on here and give you a review so I thought I would telleveryone on social media/google just how lovely it is to be treated like a piece of garbage for being a patron of your location. Sandwhich was fresh. I can appreciate the freshness because of how the lettuce tastes. Speed of the service was good. A... steady stream of customers was a good sign too. No washroom because of Covid. I dropped a star because of a bee trap by thewindow, that was full of dead bees. It's the winter why is there a bee trap there? Anyway other than that it seems like a goodsandwhich spot. Thanks. Read more

Worst Sub location in every way. Bad bad customer service. Forget a smile, they do not listen, frown at customers, prepare wrong... order and pack it such, that you will need a spoon a fork to eat it. Regret going there back, hoping they changed. Read more
