It's not just the food , it's also the attitude of the person that serves you! i went there in my break at 5.35 pm i waited there but the lady were busy in her own work she did'nt serve me instead she asked... me to wait. i told her i have to go back to work but she did'nt listen and i came from there. i am very disaappointed i alsowork in customer service and thats not how we treat our customers. I dint have a good experience. The sandwich artist is super stingy with the toppings & fillings. Like 8 meatballs go in a... footlong, she filled it with 7. I had 2 bad moments here already. First time was I ordered through DoorDash and says it?s preparing but when I got there it?s... already but it was cold. The sandwich that was made was very good and the wait time at 11:15am was non existent. Harpreet the employee who made my sub... was extremely rude. She made a mistake on both mine and my associates sandwich giving both of us the wrong bread. When wecorrected her she argued with us saying we were wrong even though both of us were right there knowing what the other had said. Eventually she corrected the mistake after arguing with us however was very rude with the rest of the transaction. Read more
