Asked for a steak salad with a egg added. Was told its against company policy to do that..... asked for spinach instead of... lettuce.... was given maybe 4 pieces for my salad.... had to ask multiple times to fill the bowl up.... Worst subway ever. The staff mixed up our orders despite telling them multiple times what we wanted, they were slow and couldn?t... understand us even though we were talking loudly and clearly. The sandwich tasted really weird, so it wasn?t just bad servicebut also the food was bad. There was a piece of lettuce in my sandwich which was completely out of date. It was a brown colour.I sincerely hope this gets shut down/replaced. Read more
soooo slow!! they had 6 people working which didn?t make any difference. sandwich?s were pathetically empty, even after asking... for more of pretty much everything. lettuce looked like it was almost rotten. and the sandwich itself tasted off. left ahorrible aftertaste, kinda wanna barf to be honest. unfortunately, they can get away with it because you?re starving and justwanna eat but come on, do better. this was pitiful. Excellent place to eat something while waiting for your check-in! Sometimes you can feel the presure while ordering because... people arrive quickly but it is definitely better than going to TH because there are a lot a places to sit down and eat here. Read more
Bad service. We waited for 30 min to ask if they have gift cards but the first staff just doesn?t know such a simple question... and ask us to wait for her colleague in an impatient tone. Another 10min passed after her colleague served other customer andthen told us they don?t have gift cards. We were not treated friendly just because we didn?t ask for a sandwich and they weretoo busy making sandwiches? Their job is to do customer service, not only make sandwiches! Read more
I ordered online and picked up but girl was very slow. My order wasn?t even ready and she made a nasty sandwich and did it... follow the instructions. July21,2022at 12.15. Customer service is terrible Jas very poorly serve my bowl, I requested to just do a normal protein size, but instead she remove... more protein out of the portion already served. Said sorry that is what you get. Terrible staff should not be working there orany customer service related industry, she even engage on an argument with me where her co-worker has to tell her tocalm.
