It's yet another Starbucks. The benefits of eating there are... No questions asked customer service! The food and drink are... decent but is advertised as a lifestyle which is non-sense. They have some of the few healthy fast food options out there (thecold charcuterie boxes). Expensive. Read more

Older lady is soooo greedy. They were out of the apple crisp oat macchiato so ordered pumpkin spice and forgot to replace with... oatmilk before paying. The greedy older lady (manager) screams charge her for the oat milk, the cashier was so nice but thatolder lady made the experience awful. I get that it is extra, but you were out of an item, atleast be hospitable, my onlyregret is, I did not cancel my entire order. Read more

Always a great latte. But waiting 15 minutes for it is not good customer service. You simply cannot prioritize the drive-thru... customers over your in-store customers. Every customer should be equal. Read more

I ordered several items that weren?t available and eventually managed to order a coffee, an oat bar and a slice of banana loaf.... I had a coupon for a bakery item which I asked the girl that was serving me to use. I specifically said that I didn?t want touse my rewards against the purchase. When I looked at my receipt not only had she not used the voucher she had also used 100stars! When I pointed out the error I was told that they couldn?t do anything about it! I had to write a review right away just when I sat down to have my coffee because they are so kind and friendly staff. As soon... as I entered I was greeted with a friendly hello. Acknowledgment is the best thing for customers. I wanted to try a differentdrink that taste good with oat milk and I was suggested a toffee nut latte with oat milk and it?s absolutely delicious. Have to say I?ve been disappointed with both of my visits to this location. First visit, I placed a mobile order and when... arrived to pick up through the drivethru window, I was told to proceed to the pick up window. When I arrived at the pick upwindow, I was then told that half my order wasn?t available (incorrect inventory in mobile app) and if I could select adifferent food item. It?s happened to me before so I was ok with changing my selection but what was disappointing was that theydidn?t tell me when I initially arrived at the drive through. If I had an extra minute to decide, I could?ve thought about it.Secondly, I wasn?t offered an apology or a complementary item to make up for the little trouble. Second time I visited was atthe in-store counter when I placed a beverage order. The barista started making my drink and then for some reason left it in theblender and forgot about it. I waited for about 10 mins before I finally asked what was going on. Again, no apologies, just?here you go?. Read more

We mobile order two seasonal drinks, my drink was lactate free. As I emailed to Sabrina, Manager, no response yet, that our... drinks were not there when we arrived. We mobile order when we were on the QEW, the drinks were gone when we arrived. Thebarista mentioned she had made them and they are no longer there. She remade the order and did not attentively looked at theorder. She gave me regular milk and not lactose free. Hello, there is a reason why we order lactaid milk. Was not a greatevening I tell you. This is what happens when management can't coordinate staffing and hire unreliable people that don't show upto work. Understaffed and overworked, didn't expect this in Canada. See this regularly in the US. Updated one week later, noreply from the manager or anyone at Starbucks. Little disappointing. Read more
