Horrible service. WERY SLOW and unprofessional. Barista scratched his head with his fingers and handles his orders right after... that. The barista made my drink with way too much cream, which was fine, I just let her know and asked if she'd be able to add more... coffee to it, because it doesn't taste how it should. She said sure and wanted me to pay extra for her to fix it. I thought Iheard her wrong- but then she told me I could line up to pay for her to fix it. I ended up leaving- an Iced Caramel Macchiato isnot worth arguing over. So much for customer service. Will not return here. Read more

A decent location, like any other. I placed a mobile order, and I got my mobile order. I didn't have any complex requests, so... nothing went wrong. The staff kept track of how many people are inside (COVID capacity restrictions) and kicked people out asneeded - I appreciate them paying attention to proper protocols! Read more
