This is a clean and well kept store. Service at the drive through is great but in store service can be hit and miss.
This location has TERRIBLE inventory management! Come inside and wait in line to find out they don?t have the ingredients to... make what you want. From flavour toppings to milk alternatives this location can guarantee they won?t have it in stock. Sobasically ? come here if u don?t have a favourite drink in mind, or go to another location. This location is really nice, clean, friendly and professional. They make you feel valued. I had to order many different times... for my family and not once did the employee at the cash was annoyed, nor did her attitude change. I'll definitely be going backto this location. Read more

The lady who made my drink asked me if I want hot or cold before she made the drink. I told her ? Hot please? Which showed on... the app too. (I ordered thru the app) When I got my drink it was cold and only half amount of the cup. I asked her if it?spossible to make my drink hotter. She was kinda impatient to answer and kinda push me to take this drink. I asked her again thenshe asked me to re-order. I was shocked. I wanted a hot drink not a cold one and I feel like she made the wrong one. she wasupset and said ?I?m making ur new drink. You should order Latte next time? I always have good experience at Starbucks but defnot at this location. Really disappointed. The drink she re-made still was the wrong one but I?m tired of asking her and shegiving me attitude. Horrible experience. I ordered a matcha latte and noticed when the barista poured the milk it was all water!! This is because... she did not shake the milk container. When I told her I noticed it was all water not milk she denied it which was really rude. Iasked her to remake it and she did so with a lot of attitude and still my drink was made incorrectly! I asked for no syrup base(no sugar) once I got home I noticed. What a waste of $7! Would not recommend this location. The staff taking your order arenice but i would not extend that compliment to the people making drinks. Read more
It?s my husbands bday today and we stopped by to get the free drink. Unfortunately he doesn?t have the rewards program to get... the drink. The staff was so amazing and gave him the drink for free with a hand written note on the cup ?happy birthday ? .Thank you guys, you are amazing. Made my husbands day. Read more
I was at this location for drinks and croissants today. Everything was good ; the service and the drinks were made right. The... only thing that bothered me was while my drinjs were being made another barista was spraying bleach all over the mats. I knowfor sure that this is not right protocol. The barista should have ATLEAST waited until the drinks were done. Read more
