Service is to slow here especially its located in a business area, service should be alot faster. I used to go sometimes and I'm... waiting more then 15 to 30 minutes for a latte and banana bread. I spend most of my lunch hour waiting for my lunch. Seems verychaotic. Read more
Counter staff was good, took our order and thanked us by name after our Starbucks® Rewards account name appeared on their POS... screen. Given the ridiculously tiny amount of mocha drizzle dropped on my Java Chip Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, I think themanagement must make the drink creator pay for every ml of drizzle used? Check out the images I posted for this perfect exampleof 'shrinkflation'. They look nothing like the pictures that Starbucks advertises. While having our drinks on the nice sunnyoutside patio ... this store also appears to allows dogs inside at the food counter, which would certainly make me think twiceabout ordering any food products at the Starbucks 5067 Dixie Rd location. Very friendly service, drink was delicious! Wish they weren’t out of stock on the Peppermint Mocha, it’s my favourite :)
