Sharing the experience for my last visit. Specific to the Employee named Rohila who harassed us. (She wasn't even wearing a name... tag!) As she was very rude to us. Ordered two coffees at drive thru. One of them she made wrong. When i asked her if my orderwas wrong ( as i asked for cold not hot) she started throwing tantrums and at first refuse to make the order. Then she arguedand took it and i felt like she just half empty the cup and added some water and ice and handed it over. When i asked her whyit's so watery as i drink the same drink every other day at the same location! She said this is what it is and please leave togo to the head office and complain. I didn't expect this the customer service Second cup gives to the Employee now. As it hasnever happened to me on any location or any other tim Hortons or Starbucks. It is sometimes very crowded with very noisy group of people! The second cup coffees and other things always are better than... other coffee brands such as Starbucks and for sure from Tim! Read more
Placed an order for 2 breakfast sandwiches and ended up receiving 2 cold cheese sandwiches that look awful. Very dissatisfied... and upset. When I called the store I was told they tried to reach out to me but that is a complete lie. Should have the appupdated if items are sold out. Waste of money. Read more
Their coffee is good and they have larger cup sizes than the other big coffee chains. I like this location because it is less... crowded and the tables are spread out. Read more

This location has been here for decades but has been renovated with Second Cup's newer branding. There's lots of seating and is... nice and bright. Read more
