Asked for a small honey green tea. And gave me a large honey milk tea. Not what I asked for and wasn?t listening. When I checked... receipt I had been billed wrongly and for the wrong drink. I mentioned it to the girl and she just shrugged her shoulders at meand wouldn?t offer to refund and make me the correct drink. Not impressed. i go here all the time to get my boba but not anymore, the employees are so disrespectful i literally wanted to punch them in... the face. i ordered a large mango smoothie with tapioca pearls and i was 3 cents short, 3 CENTS and this women wasn't lettingit pass, anyways i get that maybe it was her policy so i just got a medium instead and in the back first because i changed myorder size (keep in mind the order was the same) she made a face and the two girls started laughing. not only that but while iwas trying to talk to the women in the front the guy in the back put the music volume on high and the women just walked awayeven though i wasn't even done talking. when i got my drink they made it watery and there was no flavor at all, also keep inmind that i was being nice the entire time and i didnt complain or show attitude at all. anyways Go find better employees cuz ifthey are being this rude for a minimum wage job thats kinda sad Read more

The employee service was horrible, they took 5 minutes to even take my order because they were laughing around. When I did order... they just continued to laugh about with each other, one of them must be new because she kept joking about how bad she was atdoing her job. Once it was done they didn?t give it to me and just left it in the lid machine. Once I did get it the matchaslush I ordered was melted and the boba was hard. We always go to this location every time we go to Erin mills mall. I always order the taro sherbet with tapioca. Today I ordered... it again and it was bland, watery and the tapioca now i think is home made brown sugar tapioca. The tapioca had differentconsistencies; some are mushy, some are hard and only a few are the right chewy texture. It doesn?t have any taste as well. It?spretty disappointing considering I?ve been going to this location for years. Maybe it?s the specific worker that was theretoday. But each employee should be trained the same way so all drinks are made to taste exactly the same as they?re supposed tobe, I couldn?t even finish my drink. Such a waste. Read more

I found the service to be good, the drink to be well mixed and the overall experience to be at par with others. There's no sit... down area but it's a quick serve mall shop so I won't remove points there. I ordered taro milk tea with reasons and lycheejelly. It was good, though perhaps a little warm. Picked up their most sold item - a Mango slushie. You see staff are almost every time peeling and dicing mangoes. Assumed that... all it would contain is mangoes and some ice and perhaps apple juice or bananas for added sweetness. First the mangoes as theyare not in season are what I call them Salad Mangoes, and are not as sweet. They were ripe, but they inherently not sweet. Iremember passing them during warmer months and seeing Atulfo mangoes and assumed they use the same in winter months as well.They don?t. Then they add mango small pieces and for .50 cents would add blackened tapioca balls - we did and were not pleasedwith the decision. They just don?t go well. Then after ordering the sting and carefully seeing how they make it, see that theyadd several pumps of syrup which had a label of Lychees but it is basically sugar syrup - wish I had known, would have said notto add, shaved of some unhealthy calories. This real fruit bubble tea location has a good selection of slushies, fruit smoothies and milk teas. There are long lines during... peak hours (after work). I had a diamond mango slushie and it was great! Prices are reasonable as well. Read more
