Quick Chick serves great food. We went here just recently, few days ago, and I loved the food. There is FREE water filling, but... the fountain drinks cost about $2.49 if you wanna get a big cup and keep on filling the drinks after you finish. Although, onedownside is that we've been eating at Quick Chick for ages, and noticed that the old management changed to a newer management.This new management is not that good service, because they give very hard biscuits, and the older management gave better qualitybiscuits. So I wouldn't necessary have to drop out 1 star just because of this new management's biscuits, JUST IMPROVE THEBISCUITS QUALITY. Read more

The food here is always great and tastes pretty good because it's simply fast food. The customer service has declined over the... years with new management. It seems like the employees are a bit overwhelmed by the amount of orders this location gets. Tookalmost 45 minutes to get my order, and the lady working the counter was rude when I asked about my order and wait times. Read more

Doesn't care about hygiene and cleanliness. Visited today, even told staff that my table and seats are not clean so need Napkins... they just gave me napkins instead of making sure that their tables were clean. It wasn't about just 1 table, it can be seen inthe pics that all of them were not clean. Went to washroom to wash my hands it was so stinky, can say that it wasn'tuseable. Even food quality was not upto the mark for the prices. I got a chicken sandwich and it just had a small chicken piecein centre, they never used to do that. Not sure if the owners are careless now. It's not that this place has always been likethat but I had really bad experiences recently so might not go back here again. I hope the management considers this feedback. Read more

This place WAS so good. I went here for the first time in like a year and a half let me tell you I used to wait 10 minutes for... that circuit sandwich with a smile on my face it was hot and crispy and amazing. Now, it was preheated and completely soggy. Itgets two stars because the chicken was still tender and well cooked however it was sitting under the heat lamp for who knows howlong and it flopped in a moist bun and it wasn't that hot and was not crispy whatsoever the breading dripped off very sad. Usually order the chicken sandwich and it has always been a positive experience, but today my wife and I ordered two mash... potatoes which after taking a few bites realized the taste and texture was off causing us to throw it away immediately. Laterduring the day both our stomachs felt extreme discomfort and nausea, it seems like the mash was old. Definitely did not expectthis standard of quality at this location. Read more
