Best friend chicken that is not just cooked to perfection but is juicy and moist from the inside. The fries were crispy and... biscuit was warm and soft. Recently visited their Winston Churchill and Aquitaine avenue branch and the service was fabulous.The server mamoona was courteous, friendly and helpful. You don't usually see this kind of warm welcome and attitude in mostplaces these days. She really made us feel welcomed and important. Overall great experience. Read more

It is always very crowded with long lineups (there also aren't many other choices in this quarter), but they always work well to... quickly serve the customers. The food is usually served quickly, but sometimes they do struggle with larger orders. I havereceived cold sandwiches/ tenders in the last visits, as they were waiting too long for other orders to be prepared. Because itgets fairly crowded towards the cashier - not only can't you hear your order number being called out, you also don't want to sitnear the counter as it can get quite uncomfortable. Also, the tables aren't clean most of the times, I guess because the staffis overwhelmed by the number of customers during peak hours (when I mostly visit). Who can resist them selves when they have found Halal Popeyes where everything you can eat is available. Over all its ani e and... clean place with Frozen Yogurt self service counter. We made several stop here within a week most of the time we were servedwith hot fresh food, but there times where tenders were cold. The customer service is great. One thing they need to work ontheir AC ventilation, during our visit the store felt too hot to sit in and it was unbearable for us to eat inside because ofthe heat. I ordered a deluxe sandwich and specifically repeated no pickles many times yet i still got a sandwich with pickles in it. Very... disheartning to see this and ruined my appetite. Otherwise everything about this restaurant is good. Read more

Chicken was awesome but they did not put the fries in with the chicken. And that negated the need for the gravy I purchased as... well. So, I got 3 pieces of chicken for $16. Not happy and it was my return visit after 1st positive experience. Will notreturn now without some form of of discount. Read more

No gloves! I love Popeyes so I go to a couple locations. My girlfriend went in and order a eight piece combo. She noticed that... the two ladies that worked there didn't use gloves when handling our chicken. She mentioned that to them and they said it'sfine.
